Shipping policy

U.S. DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Estimated to deliver in 7-11 days after you place your order. This estimate includes the time for us to print, assemble, and prepare your order, plus shipping transit time; it is not an additional wait after dispatch. My brother and I make and ship every drifter in small batches. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is $6 for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $22 after discounts, and free for a merchandise subtotal of $22 or more after discounts. The threshold excludes shipping and taxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International shipping charges are calculated for your delivery address and displayed before you pay. We cover US$6 of the calculated FedEx international shipping rate. This discount is already included in the shipping price shown at checkout; no code is needed. You pay the remaining shipping charge. The U.S. free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; the U.S. 7-11 day estimate does not apply to international orders. Review the delivery estimate at checkout when one is available.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are confirmed at checkout. When checkout states that taxes and duties are included, those charges are prepaid and no extra duty or tax payment is due on delivery. For destinations where duties and import taxes cannot be collected at checkout, they may be payable on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For eligible change-of-mind returns, international customers pay return postage. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items and applicable statutory rights are handled separately. See our return and refund policy for full terms, including how these terms apply to earlier purchases.
